Nicole Stevens

Founder of TCOD

Nicole has a diverse background in management, production and property management. She spent three years managing a Photo Centre and 2.5 years framing artwork for galleries including the International Art Gallery, Sandersons Art Gallery, Jonathon Grant Gallery & more, through Artmount and Framing Matters. She then worked in the printing industry for three years with BDR Max, Torque Digital and Omnigraphics, progressing from Dispatch Manager into a sales role. In early 2020 Nicole founded her own property cleaning company, building a portfolio of ten properties. She managed an estate at 327 Point Wells Road several days per week through mid-2021. Following this success, Bachcare engaged her to manage 65 Auckland properties, a role she held for three years. After that period she provided property care for Zodiak properties in Auckland City while expanding a private client base.

Most recently, Nicole proposed and began providing local, on-the-ground management services to Stayhub to support their growth in the Rodney area.

With a clear vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a thoughtful blend of big-picture strategy and practical, hands-on experience. Nicole sets the tone for everything we do, guiding our values, standards, and daily work with steady leadership.

Mary has 4 years of experience in cleaning, specializing in Professional Office cleaning, Private Home cleaning, Airbnb and Holiday Home cleaning. For 3 years, she meticulously handled Holiday Home cleaning at Orewa Kiwi Cabins, ensuring spotless kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets, along with making beds, vacuuming, and mopping floors daily. Mary's dedication and hard-working nature were praised by guests who consistently commended her immaculate cleaning skills. Marlene brings three years’ experience servicing and managing holiday homes across Pakiri, Leigh, Matakana, Tāwharanui, Omaha, Snells Beach, Warkworth, Algies Bay, Sandspit, Scotts Landing and Martins Bay with Bachcare. She consistently delivers immaculate, welcoming spaces for every booking and goes above and beyond to ensure each guest arrives to a beautifully presented property.

While overseeing more than 40 Bachcare properties, Marlene demonstrated a strong commitment to property owners and consistently achieved high levels of guest satisfaction. We are proud to have her on our team and confident in her ability to care for your property to the highest standard.
